When I left my job as an English teacher to stay home with my two kids, I expected I'd spend my days playing with them and watching them grow. But I quickly realized there’s so much more to being a stay-at-home mom! Social media makes it look like we’re all supposed to be perfect—baking bread from scratch, teaching our toddlers to read, and keeping a picture-perfect house. I immediately felt the pressure, but at the same time, I saw a chance to grow and become the best I can in this new chapter of life.

Mom of All Trades is a blog all about my journey as a stay-at-home mom, figuring things out and growing along the way. I’ll be diving into the tips, advice, and opinions I come across online—trying them out to see what works (and what doesn’t) for my family. Whether it’s parenting hacks, homemaking tips, or self-care ideas, I’ll be sharing what I’ve learned, the wins and the fails, so other moms can get real, practical advice that’s been put to the test in the chaos of everyday life.

Though I’m a stay-at-home mom now, I know firsthand how tough it is to be a working mom. My hope is that this blog isn’t just for stay-at-home moms, but for every mom trying to balance it all, whether you’re working, staying home, or doing a bit of both. We're all moms of all trades - and while we're likely mastering none, we're all in this together!
